The PHARREL Foundation supports :

• Young people (15 to 35 years old).

NB: Special attention will be paid to very vulnerable groups such as Internally Displaced Populations (IDPs), widows and orphans, young people living with a disability, girl mothers (regardless of social condition or level of education).
